Some item have prefix/affix XX% resource generation?
You can fro example find boots with 11% resource generation.
I initially thought it affects resource generation via your weapon but it doesn't.
I used my pistol, 60 rage on hit, with a gear 22% resource generation but I was still getting 60 rage per hit/

I've been trying to figure this out as well. I don't see anything on my character sheet changing with this stat so I'm not sure if this is a bug or not.

I notice this with ailment passives in the GoF too that it does not update the dmg on my char sheet so not sure if bug or just display error.

I think it increases the resource generated from regen/on hit/damage taken.
