yer feels bad they have for sure messed this up my build is now un palyable the way i want it to. same thing for me

Just tested it with a bow, same result. Yeah it sucks, my entire build depends on that skill.

did the same and respected same result was enjoying that as well .

There were reports of projectiles missing in some cases, especially while playing co-op. They fixed it: now it's in all cases.
Just the usual: some things are overpowered: nerf everything!
Something things broken: make them broken for everyone!
