Damage tick?
not sure what damage ticks mean on the high velocity rotation modifiers for the blade storm skill. can anyone help me and explain what that is? thank you

Bladestorm doesn't deal permanent damage when you use it but ticks damage every X time. Improving it with the modifier reduces the time elapsed between these ticks.
