1. What Kickstarter rewards will be available?
   The rewards that we will be sending are the Kickstarter Armors and the Kickstarter Pets. There are a total of 6 different Pets and 3 different Armors that will be sent to our players based on their backer Rank.
2. Who is eligible for the Kickstarter rewards?
   There will be several exclusive pets and armors depending on your backer rank, starting at Wizard rank. You will also get the rewards of lower backers tiers (ie : Archbishop will receive the Archbishop reward as well as the Bishop, Monk, Shaman, Priest, Adept and Wizard ones).
   
   Wizard: Flayer Hound Pet
   Priest & Adept: Emberstead Regalia Armor, and above.
   Shaman: Timefault Tracker Pet, and all of the above.
   Monk & Bishop: Aberrant Dog Pet, Minotaur Plate Armor, and all of the above.
   Archbishop: Perennial Wolf Pet, and all of the above.
   Beast Tamer: Firebarker Pet, and all of the above.
   Duke and above: Vargian Ghost-Wolf Pet, Emancipator Apparel Armor, and all of the above.
   
3. How to claim my pet(s)/armor(s)?
   If you are eligible, you will receive an email with a Steam key in the next days. You will need to activate this key directly on the Steam app or website. After activating your key, you will receive the Kickstarter pet(s)/armor(s) in your Steam inventory and in-game.
4. I did not receive an email with my Steam key.
   It is possible that the email went straight in your spam, as such, please check your secondary folders for the missing email (spam, promotion etc...).
   
   If the email is not in a secondary folder,please visit the Wolcen's support page and create a ticket, our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
5. I received the wrong reward(s)
   Your Kickstarter rank is available on kickstarter.com or in the email we sent you after you backed
   Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem. The list of rewards based on your backers rank is available above, question 2), feel free to check if the reward(s) you received are the good ones.
   
   If you still think you received the wrong reward(s) please visit the Wolcen's support page and create a ticket mentionning the reward you received as well as your Kickstarter email, our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
6. Can I get these pets if I did not partake in the Kickstarter campaign?
   No, these pets are exclusive rewards for players who backed the game during the Kickstarter campaign.
7. Are the Kickstarter rewards marketable?
   Yes. Since the Kickstarter rewards are sent via the Steam inventory, they are marketable. If sold or exchanged, the pets will no longer be usable in game. Please note that we will not be able to retrieve or cancel a trade/sale on your behalf.
