In the halls of Anakis, when fighting the demon boss. I'm getting teleported just past the barrier that keeps you from leaving the boss fight. I'm not able to reenter the area and eventually lose the fight due to not having room to dodge attacks. Also Ive noticed visual effects staying active indefinetely after losing the fight. Specifically the very deadly beam effect after the circle of frozen souls.
