I have to start a Story mode game, run into an all cleared last fight in act 3 and then restart to be able to play "Storms of the-what-now"!
Also, i have 6 Billions in gold (:O)and had my chest got wiped after a client crash when i cleared act 3. mI thought the gold was connected with the chest-wipe but they are still there so i use as much as i can before they get wiped as well. :D
