BOSS cant not be killed in phase 2 or 3.
But as you say, 1 patch per week, look likes most players cant continue this game already until next week you fix it. I do not know what I have to say.

I had the same issue but I finally made it.
I´ve killed him without using any stasis effects in my skills.
I hope it work for you guys as well.
