I am front of the portal to follow the history : Anankis' secret - Explore anankis' core overlook 2.
Unfortunately, the portal can not be activated, i can not click on it.
Can anyone help me ?

Hjalbringr said that after multiple restarts of the game it corrected itself.
But I restart many times, it doesn't work.
