Bank Stash Deletet after relog

After Game crash my Bank stash got deletet all my tiems are gone i even had to ebuy my bank stash

Characters/stashes/city building missing: If you're having any of these issues Online, please relaunch the game or relog your character until the issue is fixed. The data exists, but it's not returned by the database and it might require several attempts before it comes back.

Same - except i re bought the first 2 tabs... UGH

And I shut down the game to relaunch to see if the banks slots fix, and now I cannot connect.... UGH x2
