Noticed in my multiplayer game with some friends, we experienced quite a few issues with abilities and basic attacks just not hitting the targets. Example regarding basic attacks, by pistol shots with Wintry Hail passive, the bullets literally went around the target 50% or more vs. actually doing any damage. My friend used Bladestorm, and it was like it used the ability and used rage but did no damage and when he released the right mouse button the rage instantly refilled as if it was never spent. Anyone else seen this? Is this a known issue since 1.0.7.0?
