Same thing happened to me Twice now when i first bought the game i grinded to lvl 30 logged on next day my character was gone put in a ticket never got a response. So i started another character grinded to lvl 40 i had a Doctor appointment went to Doctor get back log in and all!!! my stuff in my chest is Gone!!! All that time wasted i am 56 yrs ols irl and been gaming over 40 years this is the first game i ever ask for refund. This game should have never been released in the state it is in there customer service sucks.....

Beware this also happens with primordial affinity. Gold will go through, the the purple will not. The PA disappears from your character but it does not show up in the other persons inventory if their inventory is full. Lost 100K PA this morning that way. Traded it to my son so he could boost a character starting the game.
