This black box appears on my character and on the character of my partner (only I saw it), this box blinks all the time and the only solution was to close and open the game again.

Are you using Linux with Proton? Several players, myself included, are getting large circles from shoulders up on our characters. It seems related to Linux, Proton and possibly Nvidia.
