got blackscreen after creating a game (no crash) - just black and mouse cursor (and sounds of city - can even hear character dodge roll when I do it) - any solutions for this sh**?

have restarted game, pc, new install etc. - even let the game disconnect me after afk-flag didn't help (returned to main menu but at game login the same again)- please fix asap!

It's definitely a server side problem, cause I can log in without issues with my 2nd account. seems the data has been corrupted after I got a game crash, since then the loaded server data don't work correct.
