"Increases Tick Rate upon landing a critical hit" This does NOT work at all. In fact, I believe the tick rate is DECREASED when using this modifier. It seems like it has the same tick rate as when using the "Long Pommel" modifier which increases the AOE but applies ticks less often. Only reason I'm still playing this game in it's current state is because I'm trying really hard to make bladestorm work but there's just no reason to use it now when Bleeding Edge is still top dog but I just found this out and now all my motivation is dead.
