If I continue spinning my hits will stop registering and the enemies will not take damage. I have to stop spinning and start again to fix. I have normal and critical damage displayed so I am sure that I am not doing damage during the glitch.

This is still happening, I just started this game two days ago and Bladestorm hits are not registering with my two haded weapon.
