I tried everything, rebooted client to make sure it was not a client issue.
after applying 5 or more Burn stacks (shows above emenies healthbar) the stacks are not consumed by stormblade\ turretshots \ autoattacks and the extra damage is not applied. this makes me a little mad, because this node is not new, it was in the beta too...common
