It seems to me that the passive skill 'Blistering Embrace' doesn't work at all.
When I have more than 5 burn-stacks on the target and hit it, none of them are consumed, I don't get any buff in my interface and nothing changes in the tooltips or character-details.
But according to the tooltip of 'Blistering Embrace' I should get a 200% damage-buff at 20 burn-stacks (10% per burn-stack = 20 * 10% =200%). I also hit the enemy with an auto-attack, which should be equal to an attack like it is written in the tooltip of the skill, multiple times. But it never consumed the burn-stacks and didn't showed me any buff or so. I also tried that with a melee weapon, but that didn't changed anything.
And another thing is going on with that passive. Ingame the tooltip is written with a 100% chance of consuming the burn-stacks (Picture01), but on the wolcen-universe build creator (Picture02) it says 10%. So what is the correct number?

Perhaps I have to hit the enemy with an attack-skill instead of an auto-attack? Would be great if you could look into that or clarify on that here, if I just misinterpreted the tooltip.
