Bug "bane of the storm" quest

Hi,

I can't progress in the first quest: "Bane of the Storm" like some peoples on this forum.

I had try to put my wolcenid on an other post with the same problem to had help from YUZU.

Juste to be sure ,I put my wolcenid here to have some help quickly:

For information i try to mp YUZU on the official discord but no reply ATM.
