Bug Champion of StormFall

hi do you know how to solve my problem when i'm in game it tells me that i'm not in stormfall champion mode while on the home page i'm there.

thank you for the high quality support frankly you push the players to desert your game it's a shame not an answer, I really regret my purchase.
