Character/Game Type: Online

Have tried both the standard and legendary versions of Tears--with newly acquired items--and nothing happens. Right-click Tear then left-click item yields no change. Have tried with 1/2/3 slot items, with all/some/no slots filled, varying tiers/types gems... nothing.

Please let me know if any additional information may prove helpful.
