The bug was said to be fixed, but sometime it's still here. Had the same problem, I created just a new random character, and quit and just quit and restart the game, until it worked with my main character. I hope it will work for you

same problem. Tried to delete the act3 Files, relogged to other Chars, Switched Public und Private Game, nothing helped for me atm.It seems, i stuck in the game atm.

Hi everybody, I just had the same problem.

I could get around it by going back to the main menu and changing the game mode from normal to story. After that I could go through the portal.

I had the same problem. This bug need to be fixed!

It's fixed but is bug again^^ So Disconnect/reconnect and retry it's work for me
