Right before the exit of the first Act 2 map, Galathä Lake, there is a side cave opening that looks like a side quest area and has the "flow effect" of such, but the "flow effect" isn't lined up with the opening, it can't be entered, and it doesn't show on the map as a sidequest area. I think something went wrong in map generation here.
