The passive under plague bringer is not working as intended and stops occasionally. Sometimes I get the poison stacks and eventually it breaks and stops working. When I initially launch a game it works but after changing zones it stops working permanently until go back to the main menu and reload a game lobby.

I read somewhere else that this is an issue if you take the passive with Power of The First Men. Can anyone else confirm if this is true or not? I have both and can't afford to respec and see if it works without the other passive.

I don't have "Power of the First Man" and I get this bug. Doesn't seem to have anything to do with that
