its just not working
even when surrouned by loads of enemies and ur supposed to get rage from hits the bar is not filling up

now after the patch the bar is filled but its black and only last milimeter of the bar is yellow, but when you want to use any skills you get pop ups that there is no rage.

This way you cant do shit as a melee guy
