As of last patch the skill Bulkwark of Dawn it's broken. 4/10 the animation of the skill starts and you can hear the sound but skill doesnt activate but cooldown starts like "normal". I don't know if this was intended or not but skill duration or it's cooldown got changed because now it's cooldown and active time is the same but before the skill would be up for a few more seconds then the cooldown but now active time and cooldown it's the same.
Please explain and fix the false activation of the skill asap because my build and many others works with that skill as CORE
