The game froze during the fight with the first boss in Mercy's arena in Act 2. After reloading the game the gate before the Arena was closed and I cannot enter as Zima is gone. I have tried reloading and re-installing the game, but I am still stuck.

I have tried Messaging yuzu on discord as suggested in other threads, but I cannot DM him it seems. I have sent a support message on the site, but have received no response. I have joined the Wolcen discord and sent a message there, but still no response. Can I get any help here?
