Steps leading to issue: Clicked on a hunt trace, menu popped up then closed. Clicked hunt trace again, selected modifier, menu close.
Result: I can't pick up loot, can't click on the hotbar and can't pick destinations on map, Click to move works, clicking inside menus works, clicking on enemies works.
Solution: Attacking an enemy seemed to fix the bug and allow me to click as normal.
