Can't create new character in city building mode after finishing story mode
So I finished A3 in Regular Mode and started city building. Tried to start a new Lvl 1 character and go straight to city building but it always starts in Story mode A1 instead. This in online method.
Shouldn't I be able to create a lvl 1 character in StormFall mode and then start on city building rather the A1?
