It has happened to me a few times now can't interact with inventory or menus. Only fix is to log out and restart game. I am running in 3840x1080 that may be the issue since the widescreen report is a little sketchy.

Work around is going to 1680x1050 and then interact with inventory and then revert back. Still a bug but there is a workaround.
