Can't Play Online with Friend
When I try to start a game with my friend, it says "Game Creation Failed". How do I fix this?

Hello,
All the characters that were created prior to the release of Chronicle 1: Bloodtrail are considered Legacy characters.
Legacy characters can only play with other Legacy characters.
If you want to play with other players, they need to share the same game mode as you :
- Legacy : Created prior to Bloodtrail release
- Normal mode : Created after the release of Bloodtrail, in normal mode.
- Bloodtrail : Created after the release of Bloodtrail, in Bloodtrail mode.
