I cant change keybinds

I wanted to change 1234 to qwer

When i map 1 to q q get unalocated from it orginal bind and then when i try to uce 1 on there it unbinds one i placed q on.
Same thing on all of the prior mentioned keybinds

I wanted to have good time in this game but if even that litle wont work im just drop it for next year and maybe try again
