This is easy to spot.

On Character Details when you press 'C', it says my Willpower Regeneration - which is the willpower regenerated per second is 140, while my willpower on hit is 17.5. This got me confused for a moment and must be corrected.

And equipment with +% to Resource Generation doesn't seem to affect anything in the Character Details pane.
