Act 2, checkpoint 4 or so, right as you're supposed to free that chick in the cage, zima or something like that. I had played through this earlier, but I guess didn't get far enough, even though I got to a checkpoint after the part where you fight alongside Valeria (I think?) the woman who was trapped behind the wall of shadow. Relogged later to continue progress, it puts me back to the very start of act 2. Whatever, I have to grind through a few checkpoints, but when I get back to zima (witch in cage), her dialogue bubble doesn't pop up, which I figure is just another bug. I go back to main menu, click play for the same character, and now it has me at the very beginning of act 1, no equipment, no skills, no passives, no actives, but still level 26.
