Was playing and accidentally turned off the computer's power source. Character progress was saved, no items were missing, but the entirely of the cosmetics tab was wiped blank. Looked for possible solutions, but the whole "restart the game" thing didn't work. Additionally, this was in offline mode - so I'm not sure servers being weak would have anything to do with it.

Another error I encounter from time to time is that I'll start casting a channeled skill, like Annihilation, and it will get stuck. It will continually cast, and nothing I can do will stop it, save for running out of will.

Finally, often times the sound will glitch. Occasionally it disappears momentarily on entering a new area, but returns after taking an action. More often than not though, the effects, ambience and or music will cause a static-like interference in the sound.
