I was really excited when you announced the release of Wolcen not too long ago and I bought the game during its early access .
Little did I know ...

I am stuck at the final boss of act 3 , Heimlock, My character is a mage with DoT attacks which seems to be the problem/bug. it has been reported numerous times on the forum. This is a bug that stops a lot of gamers from accessing the end game content and it is kind of difficult to miss. No , i do not want to start a new character and no , I should not have to try out tricks to kill the boss.

I encountered a lot of basic bugs, eg the stash window bug, the unclickable objects / enemies, unfinished side quests , eg not enough monsters to complete the quest etc, but that was ok . I just ignored them . But now I am stuck. And I believe It has been 5 days now since the Heimlock bug has been reported . Where is the hot fix?

I wonder , did you actually play the game before you released it ? Did you try different builds , types of attacks, did you try the skills ?

This is not a game that was ready to be released , I would say it is at alpha or , and I am being generous here, at an early beta state.

So why did you release it? Here are my thoughts , I may be wrong ...
1) You got panicked. Diablo 4 and PoE 2 have been announced and you wanted your game out . We have been waiting for 4-5 years for your game , we could have waited longer just to get a new /fresh arpg .
2) You run out of money and releasing the game was your attempt to get more . So being released as final game is false advertising.

I can not get a refund from steam.

Could you give me a refund please? I will buy your game again when it is ready / fixed / balanced . It looks nice and you have a lot of cool ideas .
