Problem: The tooltip for buffs/debuffs stays even if the timer for that is gone.

Rerpoduce:
1. get a buff or debuff
2. hover over the buff/debuff icon so the tooltip shows up
3. stay on that icon and show the tooltip until the buff/debuff is gone
- the tooltip is still shown after the buff/debuff is gone

Workaround:
Get a buff or debuff, move the mouse to the icon so the tooltip shows. Move the mouse away so the tooltip is gone. This has to be done within the timer of the buff/debuff which you are showing the tooltip of.
