No itens lost. "Only" all my progress at ACT II!

you got lucky, similar thing happened to me except it took about 5-10 minutes for chapter 3 to load after finishing chapter 2. (and I have a brand new i9, 2070 super, on m.2 SSD) when I finally loaded, I talked to the NPCs and then returned to town to sell some shit. I get to town and my stash is completely empty. None of my uniques, gems and orbs are there. I logged out and restarted the game and poof I'm back at the start of act 2, lol fucked
mind you my character is the same, level 35 still with all my gear equipped and my inventory was untouched, just my stash missing and all of act 2 has to be done over
