Hi, my dodge stat in the character sheet keeps showing 0 % but i have items and passive skills learned that give me dodge chance, and i don't think i've seen my character dodge something yet. If my memory does not fail me, some days ago dodge worked just fine.

It works fine, you need items that give you flat dodge chance (+30), not % dodge chance (+30%). You cannot get flat dodge chance from passives, it comes only from items.
