I have to click a thousand times to get the dropped items and the letter of the item description is too small.
I could think of putting filters for dropped items in the near future, similar to POE, this helps the players. For gold it could have auto loot.

Yeah, item drops sometimes are too small to see.
Maybe slightly bigger and bolder fonts will be better, or as OP mentioned putting filters like POE will be great.
