If you dual wield rare daggers, the stats are applied correctly, however if you equip a unique dagger like Edict 21417 and another rare dagger, the stats drop significantly like if the game does not recognize the modifiers on the unique dagger. For example I lose pure 7% crit chance even tho neither the rare nor the unique dagger affect my crit chance in any way.
