I have just received my first dye and it tells me to right click to use it and add it to my collection. I have right clicked the "Neutral Azure Blue Dye" and it is not doing anything.

Hmmm it appears cosmetic colors from legacy have transferred over hence why the dyes were not being used. I wasn't expecting that so thanks for answering this.
