As title, on last phase and once he has gone invincible mode, he just wont stand up. Have re-logged to start fight again, to get the same issue.
So now i cant progress.

Happening to me as well. The fire aoe he casts stops but he keeps on kneeling and doesn't move, all while ghosts chase me around.
