Was in town changing out gems and slotted an Elemental Resistance Jewel in the pants slot. I checked my character sheet because I already knew I had 0.0 for Ele Rez and that did not change after affixing the jewel. I removed the jewel and tried again. Still the same. I then exited the game and restarted. The character sheet remains the same.
