I happened upon a bug during a mandate mission where the two last elites I was to kill showed up on the mini-map but they seemed to not exist on the same plane as the character. The two elites would follow me around and I could hear their SFX.

What were the elite types? There's a bug where sometimes movement skills cause enemies to fall below the map. Soul Demons have a teleport so they are the ones I have seen do this the most.

Sorry didn't pay attention to the monster type. All I remember is that it was a charging demon, I'll make sure to take note of more details next time. Though I can add that this happened before I got in vision range, so I didn't see if the monster used any abilities.
