Epilepsy Trigger Possible from Glitched Shadows in Act 3

I am currently in Red Wastes and there are screenwide shadows that are disappearing and reappearing in millisecond super fast flashes for however long you are running in certain areas. I'm assuming the shadows are from environment objects and maybe they are disappearing and reappearing to give view of players, like when trees cut out and only a floating stump cross section is visible but nothing under the stump cross section, to give view of characters behind tree.

The problem is this is a possible epilepsy trigger as it brings the screen's brightness from low dark shadow light to super bright desert sunlight rapidly and even without epilepsy it really hurts my eyes after a while of it. Please make these shadows permanent to prevent this.
