Arctic Spear triggers error speech consistently while queueing up casts by holding the ability button, even with sufficient willpower. It feels like certain casts are trying to resolve before the previous one has finished casting (and the ability icon greys out for 0.3 seconds after a cast). Staggering the casts prevents this. Happens more frequently when moving than when standing still.
