Im level 51 (ended story at about 44)

so I started to do expiditions.But the problem is i stuck on veteran mob level 43. And yes I know that I need to do all 3 levels without dieing. I did it many times - with without modifiers. But I dont get to "the next level".

Some1 have a similar problem and knows something to do ?
