yep same here , the sad part is you have to reskill for just on big talent, pls fix

i just was about to write down same bug report.
i started an force shield based character a few hours ago and noticed that shield leech doesnt work at all. so force shield builds are useless at the moment until they fixed that (FAITH LEECH). but as they said, the will be just one hotfix patch per week now. lame.... now we've to wait another week till we can play force shield based builds?! hm okay

EDIT: maybe force-shield-leech wont work the way we want it to is becasue:
ingame description is: life leech heals you on the NEXT tick of life regeneration.

but there is no next tick with force shield regeneration, just the normal shield regeneration delay, and its quite high delay.
maybe its THIS....but im not sure

if anything give us free rerolls lmao i cant even farm i got the double force shield talent but my max hp is at 15% i got 2.3k health 13k force shield i get 1 shoted all day cause of that force shield talent feels bad

To be more precise than the post's initiator:
If you regenerate your force shield through faith leech and your force shield is fully regenerated, it falls down to 0.
So as long as you don't hit mobs or you only do so while your force shield is not at maximum, it won't drop to 0 (except through the damage from the mobs of course).
But just as everyone else said: It's completely impossible to play as long as you have this skill learned.
So reset for me aswell...
