I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but:

Fatal Pact states that when I apply an ailment that stacks on an enemy, I also apply it to myself. Insidious decay states that when I apply an ailment that stacks, I apply additional stacks. I'm wondering why those additional stacks don't apply to me?
