Hi,

Events that lead to the below picture.

1) started a expedition (2 extra mods)
2) Completed first level of expedition
3) clicked go to next level portal
4) clicked "yes" to go to next level
5) nothing happened so I clicked somewhere else to move
6) was zoned into the next area where i started to fall
7) after about 5-10 seconds hit the bottom black and white grid
